How the math works
What counts as True Monthly Cost
Base rent plus every fee marked Required + Monthly. One-time, annual, and optional fees are shown separately — they're real money, just not recurring monthly cost.
Move-in cash
First month's rent + every required one-time fee (deposits, application, admin). That's the cash you need at the lease signing, not later.
Stays on your device
The calculator runs entirely in your browser. We don't store the rent, the fees, or any address you might paste.
