Estatya is a rental listing platform built on a simple principle: the rent you see is the rent you pay. Every required fee is disclosed before you apply, rolled into a single True Monthly Cost number, so you can compare properties honestly.

Why we built this

Renting should not require a detective's toolkit. The advertised rent on most platforms is a floor, not a ceiling — admin fees, community amenity charges, mandatory insurance markups, and parking costs appear at application or lease signing. By then, the renter has already invested hours in the process.

We built Estatya because that problem is solvable. A listing form that requires fee disclosure before publishing. A single True Monthly Cost number. A contact channel that sends your inquiry directly to the landlord — not to a lead broker, not to competing landlords, not to anyone else. Estatya is independently operated and not affiliated with any property management group, listing aggregator, or data broker.

What we don't do

No tenant screening data. Background checks are handled by our licensed screening partner — your data goes directly to them, not to Estatya.
No auto-filled legal forms. Lease templates are blank PDFs you complete yourself. We do not select clauses, fill in terms, or explain legal effects.
No lead resale. Inquiries you send go to the listing landlord only. We do not sell or share your contact details with third parties.
No advertising. We do not show display ads, sponsored listings, or affiliate promotions. The platform is funded by optional landlord features, not by monetizing renter attention.
